We have some of the region’s best antenatal doctors right here at MMC and the doctors are well experienced in the management of the pregnancy cycle. Our onsite midwife will meet with you to discuss initial planning of your pregnancy, which can then be followed up with your doctor to guide you, provide regular updates and preventative measures throughout your pregnancy.

During the first visit we discuss healthy eating, planning of appointments and scans. As well as addressing any particular concerns or questions that you may have. A close relationship with Peel Health Campus ensures your doctor is always close by for that big day. During your journey you may opt for private or public admission to the hospital or birth centre.

Antenatal appointments can take longer than the usual appointment with a doctor, so give yourself plenty of time. If you have work commitments, please let reception know when you book.

After you’ve had your baby, we look forward to providing continual care for your family. Make sure you make an appointment for your baby' six week check-up and immunisations. Your doctor will also offer advice on other family health matters.
