Ben Bruce AMAPS, B.Sc., B.Psych, Dip. Counselling



As a consultant psychologist for 15 years Ben helps people with stress management and mental health issues such as anxiety, depression and trauma as well as work, family and relationship issues. Ben utilises a variety of methods tailored to suit the individual such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (to help change destructive patterns in mind, body and behaviour) and Psychodynamic Therapy (which explores deeper issues in the unconscious mind such as repression and inner conflict). Working with your Doctor the aim of psychological counselling and therapy is to achieve greater happiness, adjustment, life meaning and fulfilment.
